Terms of Use

Tublish gives creators a real home online: a website and E-Business card at your own address (yourname.tublish.com), tools to write and publish, a subscriber list you actually own, and a poster that sends your words to the platforms you connect.

Tublish is young and growing fast. Features will appear, improve, and occasionally change shape. We'll always try to do that without pulling the rug out from under you.

You need to be at least 13 years old (and old enough to agree to terms like these where you live).

Keep your sign-in to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility, so if you think someone else got in, change your password and tell us.

Give us a real email address - it's how we reach you about anything that matters.

Everything you create on Tublish - pages, posts, articles, pictures, your subscriber list - belongs to you. Full stop.

To run the service, you give us permission to store your content, show it to your visitors, and deliver it to the platforms you choose. That's the entire purpose of the permission, and it ends when you delete the content or your account (allowing a short window for backups to cycle out).

You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish. Don't post other people's work as your own.

We believe creators should have room to be themselves, including saying things others disagree with. The lines below are hard lines, not matters of taste:

• Anything illegal where you are or where we are
• Any sexual content involving minors - zero tolerance, and we report it to the authorities
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Selling drugs or running gambling operations
• Real violence presented for thrill or glorification
• Nazism, antisemitism, or Holocaust denial
• Malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive impersonation
• Spam - on Tublish pages or through the posting tools

If content crosses these lines we may remove it, and in serious cases suspend or close the account. We make those calls in good faith and won't use them to silence opinions we merely dislike.

When you connect a platform (Discord, Telegram, Bluesky, and so on) and click Post, you're telling Tublish to deliver that content there on your behalf - and you're confirming you're allowed to post it there.

Each platform has its own rules, and those rules apply to what you send. If a platform limits, removes, or blocks something, that's between you and them - we deliver, we don't control their side.

Don't use the poster to spam. It's the fastest way to lose both your platform accounts and your Tublish account.

Tublish has a free plan that is genuinely useful and genuinely free. Paid plans unlock more.

You'll always see the price before you pay, and we'll announce price changes before they touch you.

If you downgrade, the new plan's limits apply from the day it starts. Content above the new plan's limits is kept safe for about 30 days - with warnings before anything happens - and then permanently deleted. Upgrading again within that window restores everything instantly.

You can delete a Space or your whole account whenever you want. Deletion starts a 30-day countdown during which you can change your mind; after that it's permanent and the address becomes available again.

Quiet is fine. A finished site that just sits online and serves its visitors is a site doing its job, and we'll never touch it.

Only a free account with no signs of life at all - no sign-ins, no visitors, nothing - for six months may be closed, to free its address for someone who'll use it.

Before that ever happens we send several email reminders, and each one carries a one-click "keep my Space alive" link. One click, and the clock resets - no sign-in needed.

The Tublish platform itself - the code, the design, the name - is ours. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

Websites made with Tublish carry a small "Made with Tublish.com" line in the footer, on every plan. It's how the next creator finds us, and it's part of the deal.

• Don't try to break in, probe, or overload the service
• Don't scrape other creators' pages or harvest their subscribers' details
• Don't work around limits, meters, or gates
• Don't pretend to be someone you're not

We work hard to keep Tublish fast, safe, and always on - and we can't promise perfection. The service is provided as is, without warranties.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages - lost profits, lost data, lost followers. If we're ever liable for something, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

When we update these terms we'll change the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll tell you by email or inside Tublish before they take effect.

Using Tublish after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes belong to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Tublish operates - though we'd much rather solve any problem with a message first.
