Your deal is written on your Earn with Tublish page: your code, your share, for how many months of each customer you earn it, and any discount your customers get. You can have more than one deal, each with its own code.

A deal never changes once it is made. If we agree on something new, it is a new deal with a new code, and the old one keeps its terms.

Somebody counts as your customer only if they create their Tublish account with your code - through your link, or by typing the code on the sign-up page. A code can't be added to an account later.

• Your own account, and any account you control, never counts
• An account counts for one partner only - the first code wins, for good
• Your code works only after you accept this agreement, and only while we work together

Your share is the percentage in your deal, of what your customer pays for a Tublish plan: the amount on their receipt for the plan, tax included, after any discount. Only plans count - never packs, and never anything else Tublish sells now or later.

A free month earns nothing, because nothing was paid. When a deal runs for a number of months, they are counted from your customer's first paid month.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the same part of your share is taken back. If we already paid you that share, it comes off your next payment.

A share waits 30 days after the payment - the time a customer has to ask for their money back. Then it is owed to you.

Once what we owe you reaches $50, we pay it by the end of the following month, by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise (we agree with you on which), in US dollars. When our work together ends, we pay whatever is still owed, even under $50.

Before we pay, we may ask you for an invoice or a receipt for the amount, as the law where you live requires. Your taxes are yours to report and pay.

Your Earn with Tublish page shows every number: how many people joined with your code each month, how many of them paid, what you earned, and what is waiting, owed and paid. It never shows who they are.

While we work together, you get a Tublish plan for free - the one named on your page, usually Pro - so you use what you are showing people.

If 5 months pass from the day your free plan starts and nobody you sent has paid for a plan, we remind you at the start of the last month, and at its end the free plan stops. Your account becomes an ordinary Free account, you keep everything you made, and your code keeps working.

As long as one person you sent is paying, the free plan stays. If the last of them stops, a new 5-month count starts.

• Say plainly that you earn from your link, wherever the law or the platform asks you to (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link")
• Tell the truth about Tublish - no promises we don't make, no prices or features we don't have
• Don't spam - no messages to people who didn't ask for them, and no posting your link where it isn't welcome
• Don't present yourself as Tublish, and don't buy search ads on the name Tublish
• Don't create accounts for other people, make fake accounts, or pay people only to sign up

Breaking these rules is a reason for us to end our work together. Fake accounts and made-up customers are a reason under section 9.

Either of us can end it at any time, for any reason. You tell us through the contact page; we tell you by email.

From that moment your codes take nobody new and no new share is earned. Shares earned before then are still yours and are paid as usual. Your free plan ends.

Your customers keep whatever discount your deal gave them. It is theirs.

We may end our work together at once, and every share not yet paid to you is lost, if you take part in, or promote:

• crime
• terrorism
• racism
• incitement to violence or hatred
• anything section 4 of our Terms of Use forbids
• fraud against Tublish or its customers, fake accounts and made-up customers included

This is final. Shares already paid stay paid, everything not yet paid is cancelled, and you can't become a partner again.

Your customers keep their discount, because it isn't their fault - unless one of them took part in it with you, and then we may end that customer's discount too.

We may change this agreement. We'll tell you by email and on your page at least 30 days before a change takes effect. If you keep working with us after that, you accept it. If you don't want it, you can end our work together before then, and section 8 applies.

A change never touches a deal already made.

We never tell you who your customers are - you see counts and amounts only. Your customers see your code, and nothing else about you. Our Privacy Policy covers what we keep.

You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and you can't make promises in Tublish's name.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you under this agreement is the shares we owe you.

This agreement is governed by the same law, and disputes belong to the same courts, as our Terms of Use - though we'd much rather solve any problem with a message first.
