تُباع الخطط المدفوعة عبر Paddle.com، الموزّع المعتمد لدينا والبائع الرسمي لكل طلب (Merchant of Record).
يتسلّم Paddle الدفعة، ويضيف أي ضريبة مبيعات أو ضريبة قيمة مضافة، ويرسل الإيصال، ويصرف المبالغ المستردة.
اطلبوا الاسترداد خلال 14 يومًا من دفعتكم الأولى، وستستردون المبلغ كاملًا دون الحاجة إلى ذكر سبب.
التجديدات بعد ذلك لا تُسترد، والاسترداد ينهي الخطة فورًا.
للطلب، ابحثوا عن طلبكم في paddle.net (والإيصال الذي أرسله Paddle إليكم بالبريد يقود إلى هناك أيضًا)، أو راسلونا عبر صفحة التواصل.
يمكنكم الإلغاء متى شئتم، ولن تُؤخذ بعده أي دفعة.
تعمل الخطة حتى نهاية الفترة التي دفعتم ثمنها، ثم ينتقل حسابكم إلى الخطة المجانية.
العودة إلى الخطة المجانية لا تحذف شيئًا فورًا: كل ما يتجاوز حدودها يُحفظ نحو 30 يومًا، مع تنبيهات.
وإن منحكم قانون حماية المستهلك في بلدكم أكثر من ذلك، تحصلون على الأكثر.

1. Who you pay
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
That means Paddle takes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT your country charges, sends your receipt, and pays out refunds.
2. 14 days to change your mind
If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get the full amount back.
Renewals after that are not refunded. Cancel before the next one, and nothing more is taken.
A refund ends that plan straight away, and your account moves back to the free plan.
3. How to ask
Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you paid with, and ask for the refund there. The receipt Paddle emailed you leads to the same place.
Or write to us through the contact page, and we'll make sure it happens.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like, and no payment is taken after that.
The plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.
The free plan costs nothing, so it never needs cancelling.
5. What happens to what you made
Moving back to the free plan deletes nothing on the spot.
Anything above the free plan's limits is kept safe for about 30 days, with warnings before anything goes. Upgrade again inside that window and it's all back where you left it.
6. The law where you live
Nothing on this page takes away a right your local consumer law gives you. Where the law gives you more, you get more.
