Os planos pagos são vendidos pela Paddle.com, nossa revendedora e vendedora oficial de cada pedido (Merchant of Record).
A Paddle cobra o pagamento, acrescenta o imposto que valer no seu país, envia o recibo e faz os reembolsos.
Peça o reembolso em até 14 dias depois do primeiro pagamento e você recebe tudo de volta, sem precisar dar um motivo.
As renovações seguintes não são reembolsadas, e um reembolso encerra o plano na hora.
Para pedir, procure seu pedido em paddle.net (o recibo que a Paddle enviou por e-mail também leva até lá) ou escreva para nós pela página de contato.
Você pode cancelar quando quiser, e nenhum pagamento é cobrado depois disso.
O plano continua funcionando até o fim do período que você já pagou, e depois sua conta passa para o plano Free.
Voltar para o plano Free não apaga nada na hora: o que passar dos limites dele fica guardado por cerca de 30 dias, com avisos.
E se a lei de defesa do consumidor de onde você mora der mais a você, você recebe mais.

1. Who you pay
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
That means Paddle takes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT your country charges, sends your receipt, and pays out refunds.
2. 14 days to change your mind
If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get the full amount back.
Renewals after that are not refunded. Cancel before the next one, and nothing more is taken.
A refund ends that plan straight away, and your account moves back to the free plan.
3. How to ask
Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you paid with, and ask for the refund there. The receipt Paddle emailed you leads to the same place.
Or write to us through the contact page, and we'll make sure it happens.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like, and no payment is taken after that.
The plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.
The free plan costs nothing, so it never needs cancelling.
5. What happens to what you made
Moving back to the free plan deletes nothing on the spot.
Anything above the free plan's limits is kept safe for about 30 days, with warnings before anything goes. Upgrade again inside that window and it's all back where you left it.
6. The law where you live
Nothing on this page takes away a right your local consumer law gives you. Where the law gives you more, you get more.
